FOR RENT

The rental price is based upon the amount of space you need. There's a fixed rental fee of 2,300€, plus a charge of 1.75€ per m² used. If you wish to rent the space for more days, then the 2,300€ will only be charged once for the whole period. The daily m² charge for the space used will continue to apply.

The price includes: cleaning of the room, kitchen & toilets after the event; normal electricity use (220V/16A); heating, ventilation, water & lighting.

For building up & taking down, there is a reduced & inclusive daily charge of 1,500€ per day.

If you wish to rent the space for a period of weeks or longer, we ask you to contact us for a special quote.

Parking (for up to 1500 cars) is not included. The price is up to 3€ per car plus security surveillance at the rate of 35.00€/hour/guard.

For catering, we work with Traiteur Les Frères Debekker. It is possible to bring in other caterers on payment of a corkage charge (minimum of 3€ to a maximum of 5€ per person, depending on the type of catering).

The rental price does not include liability insurance and insurance against fire for the materials that belong to the client. The premises themselves are covered by our own fire insurance policy.

(*) All the above prices are exclusive of 21% VAT and are valid until 31/12/2011. The Cellars of Cureghem reserves the right to adjust its prices.
